The Gabon international striker is ready to make the switch, but completion of a deal depends on other factors.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has boarded a private jet to the UK as his move to Arsenal edges closer, Goal understands.
The 28-year-old, who is expected to don the number 14 shirt previously worn by Thierry Henry and Theo Walcott, was videoed arriving at Dortmund Airport with his family on Tuesday afternoon.
Aubameyang is on standby ahead of the £55 million, plus £5m in add-ons, transfer which will see the Gabon striker become Arsenal’s most expensive signing, overtaking the £52.5m purchase of Alexandre Lacazette last summer.
