RIVAL CULT GROUP MURDERS SECURITY GUARD IN CALABAR

A security man was murdered near a bank in what seems to be a cult clash  in Calabar.

 According to report, the rival cult group murdered the security man in broad day light after two cult groups had a face off which claimed the lives of two persons, one in Calabar south and another in Calabar Municipal.

The two victims were alleged to be members of Klans and Axe cult groups. Somebody from Klans killed an Axe man and the next morning there was a reprisal from .

However, residents of the area have called on the state government and security operatives to come to their aid and help stop the senseless killings.
